A nice one akhilesh, most of my experience has been entrepeurial. The one aspect which gets ignored the most is succession planning.
It is not the easiest one to strategize during the start. Equally if an entrepreneur doesn’t plan to step out – this can easily extend into working in the business vs working on the business. Such a key strategy to get right
